There’s no better time to share a sweet message of Jesus’ love than Valentine’s Day! Here’s an opportunity to brighten the day of the kids in your church and community by sending them a Valentine that reminds them of how much Jesus loves them. And while you’re at it, why not invite them to your True North Vacation Bible School with a fun save-the-date Valentine’s message?
Here you can choose a Valentine Treat Topper or some simple Valentine cards that can be handed out alone or splurge with a treat.
TRUE NORTH TREAT TOPPER VALENTINE
Here’s a fun Valentine treat that the kids are sure to enjoy! Just crab some snack-size zip-lock bags. Then add some chocolate chips, mini-marshmallows, and some teddy grahams, and Voila! You’ve got a s’more snack mix to remind the kiddos that “JESUS LOVES YOU S’MORE THAN YOU KNOW!” (I know, my puns are ridiculously corny sometimes!) For the topper, just print it, fold it in half and staple it to the top of the baggie. SOOO easy!
This is the time of year when families start to think about their summer vacation schedule, so the Save-the-Date for VBS is super helpful to get into their hands…and calendar!

TRUE NORTH VALENTINES
Here is the Canva Link for each of the Valentine designs. Feel free to simply add your church website and VBS date…or you can get fancy and change things up even more. You can even replace my graphics with Group’s Bible Buddies if you have the kit (remember, to honor Group’s copyright rules, I do not share any files with their clipart). Have fun!
I made 2 different back designs that serve as an invitation/save-the-date for True North. In both cases, there are 5 slightly different designs to match the plaid on the front of the card.
NOT A CANVA USER?
No worries! You can download any of the following images by clicking on it to enlarge it on your screen. Then right click it and select “save image as” to save the image to your computer. Once the image is saved, you can use it in any of your own programs–Publisher, Word, InDesign, etc. Just add a text box where you want the date and church name or website.
There are 6 images on each page with a 1/4″ border around each one. I think they look fine with the border, so I plan to simply cut mine apart with 3 quick slices from our paper cutter.
